Beautiful close-up picture of the seadhead of a dandelion. Many people only think about dandelions as weed, but I like them. I like them when they are yellow and I love the seed heads or “blowballs”.
You can eat all parts of dandelions, but you must be sure that they have not been sprayed with herbicides or pesticides. And before trying it…. use Google to find out how to use dandelions safe in a meal.
